The city of Calais has selected the team of Nicolas Kelemen Architecture to design the multi-purpose visitor center on the site of the Mechanical Dragon (created by François Delarozière and the "compagnie La Machine"). The project also includes the renovation of the Risban Fort, listed as a national historic landmark. Delivery of phase 1 (Risban Fort) in September 2019 and phase 2 (Dragon Exhibit Hall) in November 2020.
